The In-Home Adult Day Care program will provide a senior or disabled adult with supervised care in the fully equipped homes of trained and qualified care providers. The maximum number of clients that participate daily is four per home, allowing for small group programs in a familiar, home-like environment.

Our services are geared to meet the needs of each individual client. The service is designed for seniors and adults with disabilities who have mild memory loss, and who need a minimal amount of physical care assistance.

We will assess clients to determine if they are eligible for this program.

The In-Home Adult Day program includes meals, social and recreational activities that are culturally appropriate. These activities include:

• Exercises
• Current events discussions
• Outdoor walks
• Crafts
• Mental aerobics
• Gardening
• Music
• Outings

The In-Home Adult Day Program offers flexible hours so that we can be sensitive to the needs of the caregivers as well as our own workers.

Elderly people and disabled adults are able to participate in our program for a part day, full day, extended day (up to 12 hours) and overnight (up to 24 hours).

This program is offered seven days a week, but is dependent on our Care Providers availabilities.

Fees for the Adult Day program and the In-Home Adult Day program vary. The amount of the fee depends on what part of our programs you would like to participate in. Subsidies can be arranged in certain situations.
