ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING-VOLUNTEER TEA

     Our Annual General Meeting/Volunteer Tea was held on Tuesday, June 18, 2002 at Cedarbrook Community Centre.  The following volunteers were presented with Outstanding Achievement Awards for many years of  dedicated service:

Betty Chisholm-Transportation Department, Bill Givens- Wheels To Meals Driver, Katherine Kaiser-Meals on Wheels Driver,  Al Gardner-Meals on Wheels Driver, Ruth Joel-Meals on Wheels Runner, Jim and Alice Larkin-Meals on Wheels Drivers, Albert Allman-Weekend Meals on Wheels Driver, Gem Bentad- Community Support Worker for Gooderham     Development Centre, David Compton-Meals on Wheels Driver, Rashida Compton-Meals on Wheels Runner and Friendly Visitor, John Heywood-Meals on Wheels Driver and President of the Board, David Leigh-Bennett, Congregate Dining Driver, Director of the Board of Directors and also Chair of the Program/Planning Committee, Eric and Ruby  Moores-husband and wife Driving for Meals on Wheels, Guy Parlette– Driver for Meals on Wheels, Marcia Rodney-  Weekend Meals on Wheels Volunteer, James Smith-Meals on Wheels Volunteer, Will Thomas-Meals on Wheals       Volunteer, Helma Vaanderiing-Meals on Wheels Driver.  After the meeting we enjoyed a light supper and entertainment by Bob and Edna Hillman.
