Scarborough Support Services will continue to host training sessions at the administrative office at 1045 McNicholl Ave. to include volunteers.
These sessions will be held on a regular basis in order to provide our volunteers with information on issues that will be helpful in their interaction

The Heart and Stroke Foundation identifies the components of a healthy diet; an explanation of fat cholesterol and salt and their impact on heart health. A quick overview of food labeling and tips regarding how to make eating out healthy.
